Win 1000 EntreCard Credits

Time for another contest, this time around you can win 1000ec so this is for EntreCard members only. If you are not a member head on over to EntreCard and join up for free. Also if you have entered the $100 competition, these comments, like any others, will count towards that as well.
Contest Rules
- Write a short post (250 words minimum) about my site. Include a link to the home page, http://ageeksjourney.com/, with CK Marketing as the anchor text.
- Optionally, discuss/mention a post with the post’s title as the anchor text.
- Leave a comment at this post with a link to your post.
- Starts: Wednesday 23rd January 2008 - Finish: Wednesday 6th February 2008
Winner will be chosen by assigning a number to each entrant and using random.org to pick a number and will be announced on Friday 8th February. Good luck to you all.

Now, about that $100 contest… I did do a post about it but I linked it back to Gorilla Sushi… isn’t it the Gorilla’s problem?
I told him and I will tell you, I was already subscribed to both of you so I lost out, and no, I’m not going to cheat!
Seriously, I subscribed to you because of Entrecard. I saw something I liked. I didn’t need a $100 carrot to do so. Just thought I would mention that.

@Evelyn: It’s not a problem, really. You can sub to all in the group to gain entries, it’s not cheating. If you sub’ed before the compo that’s fine too, it still counts. Your comments are actually working hard for you. They give you a dofollow linkback for PR, a link for me and my visitors to come to your blog and each one gives you more entries for the $100 compo. Not bad for a couple of mins typing

Hey, 5 entrants that is not bad. Think about it, you got five free back links. This is a good way to sort-of monetize your entrecard credits. Instead of money prizes you can give away something just as good as money, ec credits.
@Jared: Backlinks for me and ec’s for the contestants was the whole point of the exercise. On this blog I run both monetary and ec comps.
