Ain’t no easter eggs here, just $100 up for grabs. Once again, to sweeten the pot if you are one of my entrants and win I will throw in 1000 EntreCard credits. So what are you waiting for?
The winner for the February contest will be announced in the next couple of days.
To gain entries into the contest, just do any of the following:
- Make a comment of value (not just “i agree”, etc.) on a post = 1 entry (remember to comment on all blogs)
- Subscribe to RSS via email = 2 entries (per blog you subscribe to!)
- Write a post about the contest on your blog (must include a link to this page and the links below to participating blogs) = 25 entries
Please note: If you are already subscribed to any of the sites below, you are already earning entries. Also, to get credit for posting about the contest, your post’s link must show up in the comments below or in the comments on one of the other blogs below.
How much easier can we make it? So you can sneak in with just one entry by simply posting a comment here, you can increase your odds by reading and commenting on a few more posts here and at one of the blogs below and maybe subscribe to a couple, or you can really up the odds and subscribe to all all of our blogs (which you’ll enjoy reading anyway), comment on a bunch of posts, and blog about this contest. The more entries you earn, the better your odds, of course. If you’re going to post about this contest, just grab the image and code from here.

I’m fascinated by the move in blog contests from entrecard credits, free advertising etc - cold hard cash seems to have become the prize of choice now.
I like this kind of competition, because I can participate them without writing blog posts about competitions that don’t have anything to do with my blogs niches.
Real reason for writing this comment is that I just wanted to sign my name as contestents as one of the people, who subscribe to your blog by e-mail.

Win one hundred bucks? AND 1,000 EC credits? YES!! I want it! That graphic, with the hundred dollar bill, with ‘WIN THIS’ in bright red across it, is very compelling. But actually winning that $100 would be fantastic!
Entrecard credits are becoming new blogosphere currency and I like it! How about those $100 - awesome. Is Paypal only option for winner to take the prize? Thanks.

I’m intrigued by people having so many Entrecard credits to give away. Do you always have so many floating around, or do you buy them? I always seem to live hand to mouth, but no doubt it’s a function of having a fraction of the traffic you have.

A: I don’t buy credits, in fact I have sold a few thousand in the past. I drop 300 a day and advertise on 4-5 sites a day on average. The ec’s soon build up.

@Ian: No… you’re not being funny at all, I’ve been scammed by comps in the past. This is the 3rd “edition” of the contest as it runs on a monthly basis. We posted about the January Winner, Joe has not yet published the February winner, as soon as he does then I will post here as well.

For the last 3 weeks I have had two heavy duty client jobs, one with databases the other with 3d animation and have had little time for research for posts, sorry. Thanks for creating a lazy way to gain an entry. All I have to do is leave a comment?? Heck yea! Well, just to make this comment valuable, I’ll explain what I want to do with my $100. If I win, I’ll turn around and probably buy an ad on a high-trafficked blog. That way, I’ll gain some exposure for my blog, in addition to the other things I’m doing (such as being a top commentator and doing guest posts).
