Recently EntreCard changed it’s pricing structure for the ads, this is no news for active EntreCarders but I thought I would discuss my thoughts about it.
First of all let me say that there is no right or wrong way to use EntreCard. People use it for a myriad of reasons, but at the end of the day EntreCard was meant to be a way of promoting your site in order to get more traffic. So, how do you do this?
This evening I was taking note of all the comments for the $100 competition I’m running and I noticed that everyone has entered their homepage as their URL in the Comment Form. Why don’t you deep-link to individual posts?
Do you use traffic exchanges? I know some people don’t like them but a lot of people do. They can generate a lot of traffic for you if used properly. Chris, over at Traffic Attitude, has put together a little deal for all my readers to advertise there.
